The “Premio Roma Evo” competition for the best oils of Rome and Lazio represents one of the fundamental pieces of the program to enhance the olive-olive production chain.The competition, which also operates as a regional selection of the national Ercole Olivario competition, reaches its 31st edition this year, an important milestone and an appointment particularly appreciated by the companies of the region which, increasingly numerous, participate with enthusiasm, distinguishing themselves for the quality and authenticity of the presented product.The operational implementation of the Competition is managed by Sviluppo e Territorio, Special Agency of the Rome Chamber of Commerce, with the technical-scientific support of Agro Camera.
